SCADA BluePlant

A differentiated experience in system control and supervision

A solution for supervision, control, and data acquisition, the SCADA BluePlant software combines design, performance, and high connectivity in a system rich in features and functionalities. With an attractive and intuitive interface, this supervisory system features a client-server architecture with numerous options for communication tags, as well as simulators and debugging tools.

Cost savings and project commissioning agility

BluePlant integrates dedicated control panels for analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Through user panels, it is possible to check time intervals and processing consumption of drivers, modules, and other components in use. These tools allow for more precise diagnostics and reduce engineering hours investment for commissioning and debugging in automation and process control projects.

Velocidade de desenvolvimento e integração de telas

Speed in screen development and integration

BluePlant's graphical system uses Microsoft WPF technology to create user interfaces with real-time value and tag mapping, a key differentiator compared to other supervisory systems on the market. The system includes a library of pre-defined symbols that speed up the creation of mimic screens, allowing for the quick development of graphical screens, scenarios, and plant representations.

Alongside its modern environment, many screen design features are available, including 3D object support and multi-touch, recognizing one or more touch points, intelligent zoom with mouse scroll, charts, pie graphs, and more. The SCADA also allows the integration of image libraries in various formats with transparent backgrounds, streamlining screen development.

Integração com plataformas externas

Integration with external platforms

BluePlant enables the creation of historian files in external databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, for use in various industrial applications. The supervisory system allows data to be saved based on value changes or triggers for data logging.

It also features an exclusive time-range option that prevents data from being recorded with a timestamp smaller than a pre-defined value, allowing for more compact and optimized databases. The timestamp can use the value provided directly by the control or field device, ensuring greater precision in events. Sample organization allows tags to be added or removed from the log without losing compatibility with recent data.

Additionally, a complete trend chart object is provided for viewing both online and historical data.

Arquitetura modular e alta disponibilidade para processos críticos

Modular architecture and high availability for critical processes

Its modular architecture can be configured for various systems, with users choosing the option that best suits their application. The SCADA’s client-server topology allows each module to be configured on different computers and in the exact quantities needed for the application. Moreover, its modern, native 64-bit platform also supports 32-bit operating systems, redundancy, and OPC technology.

Its redundant server system enables two separate computers to run an application simultaneously in a hot-standby topology. All redundancy configuration is automatic within the application, requiring only the primary and secondary station IP addresses to be set. In this topology, a standby computer is maintained along with the one running the active application. If a hardware failure occurs, the standby server automatically takes control without system downtime or data loss.
