As one of the main developers of technology for exploration and production in Brazil, Altus will once again be present at the event presenting its innovations in automation and process control.

Security and high availability for the E&P process
Visitors who pass by the Altus space at the fair will be able to check out our most advanced control and automation solutions for onshore and offshore processes.
This year, the main highlight will be the new features designed for Nexto Series PLCs, products used in the main FPSOs operating in Brazil, such as the replicating units of Petrobrasinstalled in Pre-salt exploration fields. With high processing speed, advanced real-time diagnostics and support network redundancy, Nexto programmable controllers deliver security and high availability for critical and highly complex processes, such as those found in Top-side, Hull and CSS systems in the offshore market.

Um dos destaques da feira ficará por conta da NX3008, CPU mais avançada da Série Nexto, um produto global com funcionalidades avançadas de software e segurança cibernética capazes de integrar de forma dinâmica as áreas de TI e TA de uma indústria. Criada para atender às demandas de uma indústria cada vez mais conectada, a CPU NX3008 conta com uma ampla variedade de interfaces de comunicação capazes de conectar o equipamento aos mais diferentes sistemas e máquinas do mercado. O novo dispositivo de controle da Série Nexto possui 03 portas Ethernet , sendo 01 do tipo Gigabit e 02 com suporte ao protocolo de comunicação PROFINET Controller, o que permite que o controlador seja utilizado em uma rede com arquitetura em anel MRP.
Totalmente aderente ao universo IoT, a CPU tem capacidade de
escrita direta em banco de dados SQL e interação direta com os serviços de
hospedagem na nuvem mais relevantes do mercado, como Microsoft Azure, IBM
Cloud, Google One e Amazon AWS. Ela ainda possui com diferencial
presente em poucos CLPs do mercado: a unidade conta com WebServer embarcado,
ferramenta que permite a criação de telas de supervisão e monitoramento de
aplicação sem a necessidade de usar um sistema SCADA.
Another differentiating resource present in the unit is Embedded VPN, which creates a private connection tunnel directly to the CPU. This functionality allows you to access your business's control network remotely and completely securely. To further increase product security, the CPU has a firewall feature.
The new Altus CPU also supports FTP type connections, which enables the device to exchange data with a server that uses this technology model. This functionality allows data packages generated by the controller, such as logs collected through a datalogger function, to be accessed remotely.
Outra nova funcionalidade disponível é sua plataforma Docker embarcada. O recurso, nativo na CPU, torna possível a virtualização de softwares desenvolvidos para sistemas operacionais com tecnologia Unix. O recurso dá mais versatilidade e velocidade a operação do sistema, pois permite o processamento de múltiplos dados dentro da própria CPU.

Xpress, a compact all-in-one PLC
In addition to the robust Nexto Series products, we will also present to the public present the Nexto Xpress solution for IoT ready PLCs. With different onboard communication interfaces and support for a wide variety of communication protocols, Altus' compact controllers can be used as IoT gateways for small applications in the onshore market. Among its many functionalities 4.0 a>, Xpress products can, for example, collect application production data in the field via a MODBUS TCP network and send it via OPC UA or MQTT to a supervisory system hosted in the cloud.
Falando em comunicação, o produto conta com interfaces Ethernet, Serial RS 485, CAN e USB embarcadas, possibilitando o suporte a uma variada lista de protocolos de comunicação, como MODBUS TCP e RTU, PROFINET, CANopen e J-1939, IEC 60870-5-104, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, OPC DA, OPC UA e MQTT. Os recursos também permitem ao controlador comunicar diretamente com os principais serviços de hospedagem na nuvem do mercado. O modelo XP340, assim como a CPU NX3008, ainda conta com suporte a WebServer.
