Our management system follows a methodology inspired by the National Quality Foundation's standards of excellence, driving our continuous efforts to improve process planning, execution, and analysis. Our dedication to quality began to show results in 1993 when we became the fifth company in Rio Grande do Sul to achieve ISO 9001 certification, and the first to receive recognition from an international body. In 2010, we were recertified under ISO 9001:2008, followed by the 2015 update of the standard.
